for films — no, and that's the whole point. i drop off the kit before your event and pick it up after; your family films entirely on their own. for photography, it's the opposite: i attend myself, quietly and respectfully, one sister with a camera.

the camera has optical steadyshot — a stabilizer built into the lens itself, not software — so even footage filmed while walking through a crowded hall usually comes out smooth, and it performs beautifully in dim ballrooms and candle-lit spaces. in editing, i work with whatever footage you give me and do my absolute best with what i have.

yes — always, on every package. i can edit with natural audio only (ambient sound, vows, laughter, du'a), with a nasheed you provide, or with one i select from a curated collection. just note your preference at reservation.

if your event was gender-segregated, or the footage includes sisters who preferred not to be filmed by or shared with a male editor, request the sister editor option at reservation. your footage is handled entirely by a sister from intake through final delivery — same edit, same color grade, same quality. there's no additional charge.

before drop-off, i send a stripe link to place a refundable authorization hold on your card — like a hotel at check-in. it is not a charge. your card is only ever charged for significant damage or loss, capped at the amounts in the rental agreement, and the hold is released within 3–5 business days of the kit coming home safely.

raw, organized footage lands in your private drive within 10 days of the kit's return. your cinematic highlight film follows in 6–8 weeks, in shaa Allah — with one draft round and up to two revision requests included.

yes — every arrangement is designed custom, from scratch, in your palette, for your date. there's no fixed menu on purpose: tell me what you're celebrating and we'll build it together, in shaa Allah.

the short version: a 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date, the balance is due 3 days before your event, and one free reschedule within 60 days is always offered. the full summary — substitutions, changes, cancellation, care — lives on the floral policies page, and every order is confirmed with a signed custom floral order agreement.
